Permission Slip for Community Trips

Good Afternoon students and parents,

    This school year in ADL (Activities of Daily Living), we will be conducting frequent community trips to the supermarket, farmer’s market, laundromat, etc. to acquire first hand experience to sharpen the skills we need to have a successful post-secondary life (life after graduation). Please review the permission slip for community trips. All, if not most, trips will be walking.
